Our Founders

Samurai Brewery and restaurant was founded by Dennis Clarke and Jeffrey Ellsworth in 2014. Their aim was to brew and develop a range of beers very familiar to the states. Believing that general beer drinkers had a unique interest in alternative ways to sample and enjoy craft beers.

Adam Reid beers; Theyakerush Radler, Sunkist, Revolonade, and Spring Blazer for example; are created for that tiny group of drinkers who want a spirit of rebellion and playfulness as well as superb taste. They opened their first resturant in 2015 in Denver, Co. And a year later in 2016 opened a new location in Salt Lake City, Ut.
